These terms describe how you may use Playtira’s website, place orders for our products, and engage with our community experiences.
1. Agreement
By accessing playtira.com or purchasing our poultry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.

3. Products and availability
All poultry is produced according to EU regulations and our welfare standards. Availability may vary seasonally. We reserve the right to adjust product specifications when necessary for animal welfare or food safety.
4. Ordering and payment
Orders are accepted when we send a confirmation email. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout for consumers and by agreed payment terms for wholesale partners.
5. Delivery
Delivery windows depend on location and product format. Risk transfers upon delivery. Inspect shipments immediately and notify us of discrepancies within 24 hours.
6. Returns and cancellations
Perishable goods cannot be returned unless defective on arrival. For wholesale, cancellation fees may apply if orders are cancelled within 48 hours of dispatch.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials are owned by Playtira B.V. or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with food safety guidance, and use our site lawfully. Account credentials must be kept confidential.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Breda, Netherlands.
11. Updates
We may revise these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Latest revision: 8 November 2025.
